Schedule “D” – Box Office
The Bell Performing Arts Centre offers comprehensive box office and ticketing services, and these services shall be employed by Licensees for all tickets processed and distributed for each event.
• The Box Office services include in-person, online and telephone sales.
• The Box Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm, excluding statutory holidays.
• The Box Office will be open 1 hour prior to an event for will call and ticket sales.
Please note: All events must be ticketed by the Bell Performing Arts Centre. No other tickets will be accepted at the venue. All online ticket sales must be done by the Bell Performing Arts Centre. The use of other online sales platforms is not permitted.
Ticket Sales:
• For ticketed events requiring full box office services, the charge will be:
a) $25 Set-up Fee (General or Reserved Seating)
b) $2.00 Service Charge per ticket sold
c) 15 cents per complimentary/consignment ticket
d) GST on above listed fees
e) 3% fee on credit card and debit sales
Custom Ticket Printing:
• For community and internal events where, printed tickets are required in bulk, the charge will be:
a) $25 Set-up Fee (General or Reserved Seating)
b) 15 cents per ticket
c) GST on above listed fees.
• It takes 3 working days to process a ticket printing order.
